I hate to compare bands to established artists but Cold In Berlin sound immediately familiar. Comparisons to the heavier end of Killing Joke's back catalog being fronted by Souxie Soux and draped in modern Doom fuzz is about as close as I can get. This album is powerful and pummling goth doom goodness. Simply stunning, stripped back and gloomy, just how I like it!

This album was pretty good. I liked the heavy sounds mixed with the clear, powerful vocals. This album is a slow burn, though. It gets better as it goes and builds to a truley epic finishing track. I will be listening to it again.
